In the fall of 2007, we moved into our new state of the art house on the corner of Wire Road and Lem Morrison Drive. Thirty-four brothers can comfortably live in the house: there are 21 single bedrooms, 5 double bedrooms, 3 suites for officers and a large housemother's apartment. Some other facilities include: a full service commercial grade kitchen, study/ computer room, alumni room, main level TV lounge, dining room, basement TV lounge, utility room with washers and dryers, conference room, men’s bathrooms with showers, women’s bathrooms with showers, activity room with pool table, ping pong table and big screen TV, chapter room, open patio outside with a basketball court, and a pavilion for band parties.
